What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you have an existing Pillcheck account, you can set a new password from the portal login screen.

  • Go to portal.pillcheck.net
  • Click "Forgot your password?"
  • Be sure to type in the correct email address used for your Pillcheck account and press “Send”
  • Watch for an email with a link to set a new password (it may have gone to your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox)
