Not receiving emails about your Pillcheck?

If you’re signed up for Pillcheck but aren’t receiving emails from us, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Search for “Pillcheck” in your inbox
    Check your email for messages from Pillcheck. If you placed an order online with Pillcheck, you should receive both an order confirmation email and a Pillcheck account email.

  2. Check your Spam or Junk folder
    If you find Pillcheck messages here, mark them as “Not junk”.

  3. Add Pillcheck to your Safe Senders list(Outlook.com/Hotmail)
    1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open Settings
    2. Click "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the panel that appears
    3. Go to MailJunk email
    4. Under Safe senders and domains, click "Add"
    5. Type in: notifications@pillcheck.net
    6. Press Enter, then click Save at the top
