Not receiving emails about your Pillcheck?

If you’re signed up for Pillcheck but aren’t receiving emails from us, here are some steps you can take:

Search for “Pillcheck” in your inbox
Check your email for messages from Pillcheck. If you placed an order online with Pillcheck, you should receive both an order confirmation email and a Pillcheck account email.
Check your Spam or Junk folder
If you find Pillcheck messages here, mark them as “Not spam” or “Not junk”.
Manage settings to ensure delivery of notifications@pillcheck.net to your inbox:
Outlook/Hotmail
Gmail
Yahoo
iCloud
