How do I update my medications in my Pillcheck account?

Keeping your Medication Profile up to date lets you see your Pillcheck test results summarized for each of your medications, right on the Home tab. Here’s how: 

1. Log into your account at portal.pillcheck.net.
   
   
2. Go to the Medication Profile tab (on smaller screens, tap the green menu button to see all tabs).
   
   
3. Click Update (or Resume, if you have a saved update in progress).
   
   
4. Review each question and update your information — add new medications, or move ones you’ve stopped taking to the Past Medications section.
   
   
5. Click Submit at the end. You’ll see "Days since you updated your medical profile: 0" once it’s saved successfully.
   
   
6. Return to the Home tab to see your Pillcheck results listed next to each medication. Note: not all medications will have a pharmacogenetic recommendation.
