Can I request to have my Pillcheck data deleted?

Modified on Tue, 22 Apr at 6:01 PM

Yes. You may email service@pillcheck.ca to request the deletion of your health and genetic data from Pillcheck systems at any time.

Per our terms and conditions, your genetic and health data is stored in order to provide you with continued access to your pharmacogenetic profile and regular updates to the latest clinical guidelines and medications added by Pillcheck.

Please understand that if you elect to have your data removed from our systems, this action is not reversible, and your data will be permanently deleted. Your Pillcheck account will be closed, and we will no longer be able to provide you with updates to your results over time. This also revokes access to anyone with whom you shared your results from your Pillcheck account.
