Not receiving emails about your Pillcheck?

If you’re signed up for Pillcheck but aren’t receiving emails from us, here are some steps you can take: 

  1. Search for “Pillcheck” in your inbox 
    Check your email for messages from Pillcheck. If you placed an order online with Pillcheck, you should receive both an order confirmation email and a Pillcheck account email (if you don’t already have a Pillcheck account).

  2. Check your Spam or Junk folder
    If you find Pillcheck messages here, mark them as “Not junk”.

  3. Add Pillcheck to your Safe Senders list(Outlook.com/Hotmail) 
    1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open Settings 
    2. Click "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the panel that appears 
    3. Go to Mail → Junk email 
    4. Under Safe senders and domains, click "Add" 
    5. Type in: notifications@pillcheck.net 
    6. Press Enter, then click Save at the top
