- The form is automatically sent to Pillcheck and Dr. Shuen's team, who will contact you to set up your PocketMD account.
- Order your Pillcheck kit at www.pillcheck.ca and submit your sample.
- Book a virtual consultation with Dr. Shuen through the PocketMD app to review and discuss your results.
